Thanks to his girlfriend's disastrous new record, hyphenate midget Jermaine Dupri has lost his job as the urban-music head at Virgin Records. We're not sure where the guy goes from here—aside from a second-tier table at Nobu—but we have some suggestions for his next career move:
-Overseeing the inevitable Jagged Edge's comeback album, Where The Party At? No, Really-We Didn't Get An Invite
-Renaming So-So Def as Just So-So
-Emancipating someone other than Mimi
Any other ideas?

Finally getting that surgery to break his limbs and then put them into braces so he can add a foot to his height?
No, that wouldn't work. He'd only gain a half-inch instead of a foot.
that fake movie poster caused me to do a spit-take, which caused my co-workers great joy.
I thought this was another Gnarls Barkley photoshoot at first...
Maybe if Dupri actually showed up for work more than one day a month he might still have the gig.
Its only a matter of time before he does a Kriss Kross reunion. Only a matter of time.
This breaks my heart - not Dupri, but Janet.
I know the last two albums suck, but The Velvet Rope is still the all-time sexiest, best-for-sexin' album ever to be created.
I blame football for a lot of things (like the demise of most of my relationships and the utter ruination of Sunday primtetime), but this takes the cake. Was all her talent in that one little exposed nipple or something?
I would have loved to see what Jam and Lewis could have done with this album if they'd been allowed.
He needs to get his choreography right, so he'll no longer trod upon the Stonehenge monument.
