How does one pronouce the name :(, exactly?

While we're at it, how do you say the band name V;?

I've always said 'V semi-colon,' but that's can't be right. Or can it?

I believe it's pronounced "Please punch me in the face."

It's pronounced colon open bracket, I presume it's semi ironic and I don't really think that the band fit the emo tag, as much as I understand your wisdom for jumping hard on the unhip guys without any real rational for doing so other than your readers probably don't like the new emo/mall punk - and I've no doubt you and your advertisers love all these readers!

This could have been a damn good blog, but all this criticism makes me think all you are trying to do is sensationalise mediocre links, music blogs and stories with no real content.

I don't think you're keeping the music blogs + press in check - you are just sat on the sidelines shouting abuse through a rather large megaphone that daddy paid for.

I fail to see how people care about music blog gossip enough to warrant a gawker media blog - but if it works, and you make enough money from it - more power to ya.
