Thanks to The Fader's blog for pointing us to "Hit That," a new track from M.I.A. in which she gives a shout-out of sorts to Wreckx-N-Effect; it's allegedly going to be on her forthcoming album Kala, which comes out in about three and a half months. The drumline backing her was conjured up by the Atlanta hip-hop producer Bangladesh, who took it upon himself to "premiere" the track on his MySpace page:

Fantastic! And I cannot get the thing to download. I know I'm computer illiterate, but what is up, MIA?!
Love the Wreckx-N-Effect reference. Early '90s nostalgia is beginning to set in... before you know it someone will be sampling Onyx's "Slam."
Oooh, works now!
So fucking dope! heidho, all you need is Firefox's download them all if your on a mac and using Firefox.
