Did Steelheart's falsetto-tastic song "I'll Never Let You Go" kill the power ballad? The jury's still out—personally I'd say that Damn Yankees' "High Enough" and/or Bad English's "When I See You Smile" are more culpable, if only because of the "supergroup" factor both bands were trying to work—but damn, I'd forgotten how much ridiculous fun this song is to sing along with, especially that last high note. Last one to the karaoke bar has to sing "Love Of A Lifetime!" [jefitoblog]
