Comments
Ew.
Any word on the National album, in all seriousness? I found them interesting a few weeks ago opening for Arcade Fire, and I'm waiting for a reliable opinion on the new record.
Re: that album cover -- "a bunch of bookish white guys with guitars."
@dennisobell: it's very, very good; it has been on heavy rotation in my half of the flophouse for the past six weeks or so.
@Ned Raggett: Correction: a bunch of Ministry of Information employees with guitars.
That's what you see entering the most diabolical room in "The Cube".
Please, please, please don't let The National backlash start just yet... I want to enjoy the new album with a clear conscience.
@maura: Well, that's reliable -Â thanks!
@dennisobell: Form your own goddam opinion.
Please dont start the Kidz Bop Kidz, Kidz Bop Country backlash Ive been looking forward to this album.
@Hyman Decent: Yikes! I wanted that to sound snarky but it just sounds angry. Sorry, dennisobell.
