It's hard fighting the urge to argue over this goofy Guardian-approved list of the musicians that "dominated" each decade. (Elvis, Dylan, Bowie, Madonna, and Cobain? Really? OK. Whatever.) Clearly, we need to help writer Graeme Thomson in "finding the next influential name on the list" by deciding on our own candidate for the current decade's slot.
