Or at least his fireworks display has been. The town fathers in Diddy's neighborhood have nixed his plans for a crazy Labor Day light show because of (get this) "safety concerns." Apparently no one told the good people of the Hamptons that Diddy does whatever he pleases, whenever he pleases, or bad things happen. Biggie? Ma$e's career? Lil Kim's sense of dignity? The ratings on Making The Band? The members of Danity Kane? All dead. The man is a monster. And now he has a stockpile of explosive devices and nothing to do with them.
