According to Blabbermouth, yesterday the front page of Zeppelin's officially website suddenly featured an "11/13/07," the date of that O2 concert that the band has supposedly "reserved," thereby sending Zep's already spazzy fans into rabid, gleeful overdrive. Man, they're really jerking everyone around on this one, aren't they? Quoth the always fun Anonymous Sources: "It is going to happen. We are finalizing the precise timing but basically the guys have agreed they want to do it. It will be a one-off." Apparently everyone was dead wrong about potential American dates, however. All off the record, of course.

That's complete bullshit. The site has had that date listed for over a month. It's the release date for "Mothership" and "The Song Remains the Same" remaster.
Check out the date on this post I made August 3rd: [www.led-zeppelin.com]
Well, Led Zep will never do a show in Birmingham, anyway. Some would argue that Zep will never do ANY shows again, since Jon Bonham is gone. Be that as it may...
My kids are PISSED about the Zep posts, which caused me to drag our my old Marshall combo amp, and my old Gibson SG, and nuke them with sloppy versions of "Whole Lotta Love," "Heartbreaker/Livin' Lovin Maid," "The Immigrant Song," and "The Rain Song." They had never heard chord changes like the "Rain Song" has, and were kind of intrigued by that one...
saw them at the garden june 1977
