So apparently Scott Weiland was arrested back in November for "crashing his car and failing sobriety tests" and nobody bothered reporting it until today? Because sometimes even celebrity law enforcement stories slip through the gossip cracks? Or because no one can keep up with Weiland-related DUI's anymore?
