The saddest music-related headline we've seen all day: "Singers fail to build largest kazoo band," about the disco band Skyy's thwarted attempt to collect more than 2,600 kazoo players together and break the world record for the largest kazoo band ever. (And that picture! So much for the objectivity of the AP.) An idea: Maybe on their next attempt, they should unite with the thwarted circle-pitters, so as to kill two world-record birds with one slightly off-key hum.
