DJ's label (Fat Possum) have allowed fans and bloggers to Almost Ready and Been There All The Time as promotional tracks and to give fans a flavour of the new album ... .. other tracks are, not unnaturally, being held back to release (the Pitchfork track being a special, temporary arrangement) ... .. hence some tracks being allowed and other not ... ... this is common practise amongst indie labels these days and we hope this answers your (and your readers) question.

In the circumstances, therefore, we're also obliged to ask you to remove your copy of We're Not Alone.

as a former intern at Fat Possum records, I am pleased and stunned that my beloved Dinosaur jr has landed on the label, god knows if the label will be any real support. But I'm really looking forward to the new stuff.

Hello everyone, I hope Dinosaur Jr comeback will not be as desapointing as other reunions (The Doors, Pavement, Police, Smashingn Pumpkind or Heroes del Silencio just to mention a few). I think this kind of comebacks have a really positive side for genereting new audiences for the band and touring it's a good chance for the musicians to feel alive and earn their livings but... I wish luck to he Dinos ( i love them) and sure I would like to have and image of a ticket of their old or new shows in my blog. I wish...

Pitchfork also posted an mp3 of Almost Ready back on Feb. 12th and still have it up... i think it sounds a little cleaner than this one but i might just be crazy.
