While I agree with the logic, I'm not sure if I like the outcome.  ASCAP's always treated me fairly, and they've generally made sure that everyone gets paid their fair share (or the folks I know, anyway).  But then again, it does strike me as a fair interpretation of the law; yay for the legal system, I guess.</p> <p>JustThisGuy</p>]]></description>
