Apropos of all of that, I had never heard her take on the song until this post alerted me to it. I actually like this acoustic version. But I'm not surprised it went viral -- even with the big assist from Hollywood Records -- as "Umbrella" is a great song. As Mandy Moore said introducing her AC-Lite cover to which you alerted us last month, "You just can't deny how melodic it is."
