		    <description><![CDATA[<P>What's always fishy about any tour-gross record is that there's absolutely no limit set on the length of the tour, number of breaks allowed, etc. So there's always an apples-and-oranges comparison between an all-in-one-year jaunt like Madonna's periodic extravaganzas and the multiyear, three-months-on, two-months-off jaunts the Stones always bill under one name for bragging purposes.</P>
<P>Put it this way: It would be like Peter Gabriel wanting to call his first four records, all released under the same name from 1977 to 1982, one "album" and getting chart and certification credit for the four in aggregate.
