Kelly (who can't seem to get more than one, maybe two hits for each album) is at 861k with his latest record, which is already out of the Top 100. If they can't sell a million copies, I honestly can't see anyone else who can except Mary J. Blige and, maybe, in 6 or 7 months, Rihanna.

The Urban world is really split right now. On one hand there are artists who can sell millions of downloads, only to see their albums flop. On the other hand the artists who could potentially sell well can't get a hit if their life depended on it.

The balance of hit single/album sales is getting harder and harder to get right. Mary J. Blige, Ne-Yo, Keyshia Cole or J. Holiday seem headed to have both, maybe The-Dream too, but in the process we lost a whole generation of artists, those who did well at the turn of the century like Jagged Edge and Joe.
