I paid 4.5 pounds for it which amounts to what it would be on itunes and I have a clear conscience. However, I did notice you could keep downloading the album from the link they provide.

Well, a quick bit of math tells us that if we assume say, 700,000 of the 1.2 million is their idea of "a significant percentage," although it's probably lower, and they paid an average of 3-4 pounds ($8), that's still over $2 million, straight to Radiohead.

Of course, if that number of downloaders gets much lower, you're out of the millionaire's club pretty fast.

US consumers probably just paid more because they didn't realize how badly devalued the dolar was when converting it to pounds.
