unauthorized use of stuff in advertising is much different than covering it for a news organization, if i understand things correctly.
xlr8r are kinda creepy too. they asked me to use some photos in their end of the year issue and flat out refused to offer me a dime for them. these photos were also ones nobody else has. they even had the nerve to suggest my reward would be to take part in a really great end of the year issue, to paraphrase somewhat.
i was not too impressed by the offer.
anyone who would defile yoshida tatsuya deserves a big lawsuit as well.
