The line is one that T-Pain uses often - referring to himself as "Teddy Pinned-her-ass." See, his name and this nom-de-vocoder both start with "T" and "P", plus it refers to sexing, which is always cool. It is hard to make out because I would imagine MTV made them bleep it so Teddy Pendergrass doesn't sue them.
