Man don't even get me started on a cappella groups. I spent my entire life in SoCal not knowing what an a cappella group was [unless you count Take 6, Boyz 2 Men, and those singing dudes on the sidelines in Where in the World is Carmen San Diego (?)], only to arrive at college in New England and find myself swept away in 4 years of harmonizing excitement as a member of an all male a cappella group. Don't even get me started on all the unnecessary drama that accrued in that short period of time. [Or how eventually we needed an a cappella council to hold shit down for our 5 or 6 secretly rivaling groups on campus. Yes I said five or six. And my school was undergrad only with like 1500 kids...]
