Weirdly, its sales are solid but a bit slow.

My guess is that this is Snoop's cross to bear for making a really entertaining video for the song; I'm betting people are hitting up YouTube to watch it when they might've otherwise gone to but it on iTunes (which would probably be wise to put some kind of "buy the song, get the video free" deal up for it).
