If it doesn't i don't see how there's a case against Muxtape. I do agree that their whole "self-policing" policy is kind of a cop-out, but if they find a better way to keep problem songs off the site they should at least be able to exist in the same gray area that music blogs do. However, since i am neither a lawyer or a musician, my desire to put up my "Jams from 80s Skateboarding Movies" mix tape might be clouding my judgment.
