I cringed as I clicked play, recoiling for what I thought was another cookie cutter R&amp;B crap song churned out by another cookie cutter R&amp;B "artist" but what I got was something actually pretty original.  House DJs have been doubling up the beats for years on soul tunes, and it's a formula that's worked really, really well.
