The Chicago City Council is currently embroiled in another fiasco about putting a kids museum in the park, and they're basically refusing to listen to anyone without a bit of cash to throw around. Frankly, I'm shocked that they're not going to try to just ramrod this through. It's weird that they would actually heed a public outcry.
