@Dead Air ummm Dead Air: Ace of Spades was on the very first GH and it's been confirmed by Harmonix themselves.

But I'm with you on the Zombie placement. That song is the first song I ever learned on a real guitar and it's not even that tough to sing. I would put it in the very first round. It's a lot easier than some of those tracks for sure.

but i wonder about "are you gonna go my way" (among many others, of course) which has already been used in ads for Guitar Hero: World Tour. and since this whole harmonix/activision rivalry seems so acrimonious, i'd bet that securing exclusivity on songs is something they're both trying to do.

"Zombie" in all its four 1st postion chord goodness is "Moderatly" hard, yet "Sultan's of Swing" is merely challenging. And if it's Rock Band, then vocals are involved, so any Journey song should be on the harder side of the ranking. "Folsum Prison Blues" may be awesome, but it's certainly an easy song to perform.

Subjective? Sure. I just think it's a tad silly to think that songs that have been on previous Gutiar Hero/Rock Band games would be reused, and the sheer amount of "awesome" songs on their would make the licensing of this thing insane.
