Avril Lavigne Covers Ke$ha’s “Tik Tok” For Radio 1 Live Lounge
Just when you thought Katy Perry doing Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” was going to be the only fun cover today, along comes Avril Lavigne, who chose to do a slightly countrified acoustic version of Ke$ha’s “Tik Tok” for her Radio 1 Live Lounge performance, while promoting her Goodbye Lullaby LP (out now) in the UK. We probably don’t even need to mention that Avril, Ke$ha and, yes, Katy Perry have all worked with Dr. Luke (Lady Gaga being the only holdout). After all, he kind of rules Planet Pop at the moment.
