Big Boi’s “She Said OK” Video: See Why He’s So Happy
Big Boi, Theophilus London and Tre Luce recently promised that the video for their raunchy “She Said OK” would balance out the explicit lyrics (“Let me see your titties / She said OK” ) with a more gentlemanly vibe. “We’re gonna keep the video toned down,” London said. So, about that… The video finds Daddy Fat Stacks and Co. admiring or lounging on several vixens writhing around in various states of undress. But it feels elegant, we’ll give them that. Director Alexi Papalexopoulos shot much of the video in warm sepia tones, making the video reminiscent of the mid-90s R&B glory days. It had us yelping, “Was that a nipple?!” more than once, so the guys delivered on their promise that the ladies would outshine the rappers. “She Said OK” is off Big Boi’s second solo album Vicious Lies & Dangerous Rumors (Nov. 13).
