Justin Bieber Raps About Fancy Water On Maejor Ali’s “Lolly”: Listen

Who is Maejor Ali and how did he manage to get both Justin Bieber and Juicy J to guest with a couple rap verses on his song “Lolly”? Well, Maejor Ali used to go by Bei Maejor, so does that clue help? He’s a singer/producer who’s been floating around the industry for a while now, having teamed up with the likes of Frank Ocean, Drake and Waka Flocka Flame.

The guy’s got some industry cred, so it’s not completely crazy that Bieber appears on this track, though it is a bit odd that he appears as a rapper. Bieber’s in full swaggy mode, talking about stealing your girl and banishing you from the guest list. But our favorite line, by far, is “I’m all fancy, yeah, I’m poppin’ Pellegrino.” The man drinks only the finest sparkling waters! Also, if you assumed that “Lolly” was continuing the “lollipop as sexual metaphor” thing that Lil Wayne did so effectively on “Lollipop,” well, you earned a gold star for today. Hear it below.
