Watch Kendrick Lamar & Emeli Sande Perform “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe”

Apparently FootAction held some sort of contest for fans to submit art based on Kendrick Lamar‘s good kid, m.A.A.d city cover, and last night (April 2) held an event with Lamar performing to a small crowd in Brooklyn. This strange corporate pairing led to a wonderful musical pairing, as K-Dot brought out Emeli Sande to sing on “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe.” Check it out up top.

We’ve heard the original version with K-Dot’s nasally hook, the demo with Lady Gaga and the blistering remix with Jay-Z. But based on the new intro Sande has added here, we think this might be our favorite version. Anyway, it’s good to have options.

This isn’t Lamar’s first time working with the British singer: he dropped in on “Next to Me” for the US release of Sande’s single.
