Jay-Z has instructed fans to watch Game 5 of this weekend’s NBA Finals, in anticipation of a special announcement. “TUNE IN, TURN UP THE VOLUME, SUNDAY, 9:15 PM EST,” a Samsung phone reads while laying next to two chains, of a Jesus piece and Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records logo.

While rumored to release Life + Times 4 — his follow-up to 2009’s The Blueprint 3in October, Jay-Z may instead be looking to promote RocNation acts like Rita Ora and J. Cole, with Cole’s Born Sinner out Tuesday. Jay-Z reportedly signed a $20 million deal to develop a music-streaming service for Samsung’s smartphones.

“The eight-figure deal will be inked in the next few weeks, and is the biggest of its kind. You can speculate that he’ll want to develop some kind of new music-streaming service to promote his acts and music on mobile devices,” a source said on June 5.
