Ciara Previews Videos For “DUI” & “Sophomore”: Watch

That Ciara promo reign is in full force, isn’t it? I mean, are there any Americans who have yet to have a body party at this point? If so, point me in their direction so I can educate them.

Aside from a slew of appearances and performances, Cici’s latest promotional trick as she gears up for the release of her self-titled fifth studio album on July 9 was to shoot videos for several additional tracks on the record, footage of which was unveiled last night.

“I did video snippets of many of the songs on the album for my fans so they can have the best experience of my music possible,” she explained. “I wanted my fans to see the music for the first time while they are also hearing it.”

The Insider previewed chic clip for “DUI,” up top, was directed by Hannah Lux Davis and is mostly glamour shots of Ciara sitting in a chair. ‘Nuff said. Not much else is needed.

Meanwhile, over at E! News, she showed off the video for “Sophomore,” which is mostly glamour shots of Ciara caressing her body and rolling provocatively over newspapers. Again, not much else is needed.
