If anything, Jay-Z has written a sequel to his first-ever song with Beyonce with “Part II (On the Run),” off his new album Magna Carta Holy Grail. Before they confirmed their relationship, they sparked rumors of dating with “’03 Bonnie & Clyde,” featuring a line that Jay-Z previously lifted from Tupac: “All I need in this life of sin is me and my girlfriend.”

While Jay-Z segues from details of a grittier lifestyle to a glittering one  — Ray-Bans are required for viewing — the guarded royal couple of hip hop still think like outlaws. Beyonce slowly exhales as she swears that she can still hold Jay-Z’s heart and gun, as Hov seemingly references Tupac again: “If it’s me and you against the world, then so be it.” They’ve arrived to truffle season opulence, but they sing and spit as if their past has trailed behind them.

Hear Jay-Z and Beyonce’s “Part II (On the Run)” after the jump.
